Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase—but if it’s not quite right, returning it is simple. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

How to Qualify for a Return

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Please hang on to your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and status of refund.  Ensure that you include your proof of purchase in the package.  If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Late of Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for your refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a delay in processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can fix it quickly.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping amount may be deducted from it.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. While we’ll do everything we can to help, we can’t guarantee receipt of items we don’t track.


Package Protection (Optional)

For extra peace of mind, you can add optional package protection at checkout. This low-cost service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and ensures a quick, hassle-free resolution if something goes wrong during shipping.

Please note:

  • If you choose not to purchase package protection, you’ll assume full responsibility for any shipping issues.

  • Without package protection, we are unable to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We strongly recommend adding package protection so you can shop worry-free and know your order is protected from the moment it leaves us until it’s in your hands.
